Implementing the resolution of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee of Military Region 4 on retirement, transfer and appointment of cadres, recently, the Party Committee Standing Committee and Command of Division 341 held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on cadre work.

Attending and directing the conference were Colonel Nguyen Van Linh, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Division and Colonel Le The Soai, Deputy Party Secretary, Division Commander.

At the conference, comrade Le The Soai, Deputy Party Secretary and Division Commander, handed over the decision to one comrade to retire and three comrades to be assigned to new positions.
