Accordingly, there are 2 organizations auctioning the right to use a land area of 1,608m2 to build a commercial center and hotel (in which the base block with a maximum height of 5 floors is used as a commercial center).
Daewon - Hoan Cau Housing Development Joint Venture Company Limited ( Ho Chi Minh City) won the auction with a total one-time payment to the city budget of more than 236.5 billion VND.
The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center said that in December 2023, the unit will coordinate with auction companies to auction two large land plots to invest in the construction of works serving the city's socio -economic development.
