Promoting legal education for youth through mock trial model

The Youth Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward and the Police of Ngu Hanh Son Ward, together with the Youth Union of the City Party Agencies, recently organized a "Mock Trial" to propagate the law to union members, teenagers and students about the harmful effects of drugs and drug prevention and control work in 2025.

The content of the mock trial was based on a real case of illegal drug use, with the participation of members of the People's Court of Da Nang City, the City Department of Justice, the Ward Police and the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Youth Union. The trial took place with all the legal procedures in accordance with regulations, from the solemn opening ceremony, questioning, heated debate to the strict verdict, ensuring professionalism and seriousness.

The activity helps union members and young people directly observe the trial process, clearly understand the dangerous level of drug abuse and the strict sanctions of the law. Thereby, raising awareness of drug prevention and combat and training civic awareness.

On this occasion, the Delegation of the City Party Agencies, the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Youth Union and the Ward Police signed a memorandum of understanding on coordination to implement Resolution No. 07-NQ/DU dated October 17, 2025 of the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Party Executive Committee on building a drug-free Ngu Hanh Son ward in the period of 2025 - 2030; contributing to promoting the vanguard role of youth and maintaining security and order in the area.
