Adjusting the development investment capital plan from the state budget to implement Program 1719

The Provincial People's Council has just issued a resolution on adjusting the development investment capital plan from the central budget and provincial budget to implement the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (Program 1719), plan for 2023.

Accordingly, the provincial counterpart budget (land use fee revenue) to implement Project 2 and Sub-project 1 (under Project 5) of Program 1719 was adjusted down by over 18 billion VND. Of which, the capital plan assigned to implement 9 investment projects under Project 2 was adjusted down by 8 billion VND; the capital plan assigned to implement 9 investment projects under Sub-project 1 (Project 5) was adjusted down by over 10.4 billion VND.

The total planned development investment capital for 2023 assigned to implement Program 1719 after adjustment is over 517 billion VND (including: Central budget of nearly 505.5 billion VND, provincial budget of over 11.5 billion VND).

Irrigation works in Cu Prong commune (Ea Kar district) are invested from the capital of Program 1719.

Adjusting the 2023 development investment capital plan between investment projects under Sub-project 1 (Project 4) and Sub-project 1 (Project 5) of Program 1719, including: Adjusting the capital plan to implement 6 investment projects under Sub-project 1 (Project 5) down by 4 billion VND; adjusting the capital plan to implement 2 investment projects under Sub-project 1 (Project 4) up by 4 billion VND; adjusting the capital structure to arrange the 2023 plan of 4 investment projects under Sub-project 1 (Project 5).
