Based on the regulations of the higher-level Party Committee, on May 19, 2025, the 15th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV), term 2025-2030, elected the delegation of the BIDV Party Committee to attend the first Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, term 2025-2030.
The Party Committee's delegation consists of one ex-officio delegate and 13 delegates elected at the Congress.
1. Comrade Phan Duc Tu - Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Secretary of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of the BIDV Board of Directors (ex officio delegate) ;
2. Comrade Tran Xuan Hoang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Member of the BIDV Board of Directors;
3. Comrade Le Ngoc Lam - Deputy Secretary of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Member of the Board of Directors, and General Director of BIDV;
4. Comrade Ngo Van Dung - Member of the BIDV Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, Member of the BIDV Board of Directors;
5. Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy General Director of BIDV;
6. Comrade Phan Thanh Hai - Member of the BIDV Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy General Director of BIDV;
7. Comrade Le Huy Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Human Resources and Organization Department of BIDV;
8. Comrade Nguyen Thien Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy General Director of BIDV;
9. Comrade Hoang Viet Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Department, Deputy General Director of BIDV;
10. Comrade Tran Long - Member of the BIDV Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy General Director of BIDV;
11. Comrade Doan Viet Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of the BIDV Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Deputy General Director of BIDV;
12. Comrade Tran Phuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy General Director of BIDV, Chairman of the BIDV Trade Union;
13. Comrade Lai Tien Quan - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the BIDV Party Committee, Deputy General Director of BIDV, Secretary of the BIDV Hoan Kiem Branch Party Committee;
14. Comrade Pham Quang Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the BIDV Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Member of the BIDV Board of Directors.
The first Congress of the Party Committee of the Government, for the term 2025-2030, will be held in Hanoi on October 12-13, 2025, with the spirit of "Unity and Discipline - Democracy and Innovation - Development Creation - Close to the People and for the People" and the theme "Building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Government; uniting, setting an example and leading the way in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; accelerating breakthroughs, developing the country rapidly and sustainably in the era of striving for prosperity, wealth, civilization, and happiness."
