Attending the meeting, on behalf of the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association were Mr. Nguyen Tan Thu – Chairman of the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Vinh Long province, and Director of PUTIN Animal Feed Company Limited; Mr. Nguyen Tan Phuoc – Vice Chairman of the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association and Director of Thu Ngoc Gas Company Limited; and Mr. Ha Phan Thanh Phuong – Vice Chairman of the Vinh Long Young Entrepreneurs Association and Director of Phuong Tung Vinh Long Company Limited.
Representing the Communications Department of Vietnam Law Newspaper was Ms. Nguyen Thi Que, Deputy Head of the Communications Department.
During the meeting, representatives from the Young Entrepreneurs Association stated that many businesses in the province still face difficulties in accessing policies, investment and business procedures, regulations on land, taxes, environment, and many legal issues arising from production practices.
In particular, young businesses, mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, have limited resources and therefore urgently need support in terms of information, legal advice, and connections with government agencies.
Many believe that young businesses in Vinh Long province in particular, and the Southwestern region of Vietnam in general, urgently need an official and transparent information channel to promptly report problems, contributing to creating a favorable and stable investment and business environment.
Representatives from the Vietnam Law Newspaper affirmed their role as an "information bridge" between businesses and government agencies. Accordingly, the newspaper will compile and promptly and objectively convey feedback, suggestions, and proposals from young businesses in Vinh Long province to relevant authorities, contributing to resolving bottlenecks and improving the investment and business environment in line with the spirit of a constructive government and Resolutions 27, 66, and 68 on perfecting legislation and promoting the private economy .

This meeting was not merely an information exchange but also served as an important prelude to the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Vietnam Law Newspaper and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vinh Long province, scheduled to take place in March 2026. This will be one of six cooperation agreements signed between the Vietnam Law Newspaper and business associations in the Southwest region of Vietnam.
According to the plan, the upcoming signing ceremony aims to strengthen cooperation between businesses and media agencies, promote two-way information exchange, provide legal support, and disseminate information about social welfare activities and community initiatives of local businesses.
Both sides expect that, The sustainable cooperation between Vietnam Law Newspaper and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vinh Long province will become a model in accompanying, protecting, and promoting the development of the business community in the Southwest region.
The event is expected to open up an effective coordination mechanism, helping young businesses to be heard and supported with legal information, thereby developing sustainably and contributing to the socio-economic development of the entire region.
