The event was organized by the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC), under the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in collaboration with the Embassy of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
As an annual event, this year's Forum, themed "Women Entrepreneurs Reaching New Heights in the New Era," affirms the aspirations for innovation, creativity, and breakthroughs of Vietnamese women entrepreneurs as the country enters a new period of development, where science and technology, innovation, and international integration become key drivers for sustainable development.
The event also demonstrated close cooperation between Vietnam and international partners in sustainable and inclusive development and promoting the development of women-owned businesses.

In his opening remarks, VCCI President Pham Tan Cong stated that, in recent times, the Politburo has issued four resolutions considered institutional pillars, creating strong momentum to propel our country forward in the new era; among them Resolution 57-NQ/TW on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, which is being strongly implemented at all levels and in the business community.
For the Vietnamese business community, especially women-owned businesses, this is a golden opportunity to break through, embrace scientific and technological trends, innovate, undergo digital transformation, enhance competitiveness, and assert their position in the global value chain.
According to the VCCI President, businesses owned by women currently account for nearly 25% of the total number of businesses nationwide – an impressive rate in the ASEAN region. He stated that female entrepreneurs not only make positive contributions to the national budget and create jobs for millions of workers, but also bring distinct values to business management and development: humanistic thinking, perseverance, a desire for innovation, and a pioneering spirit.
Mr. Pham Tan Cong emphasized that when these qualities are combined with science, technology, and innovation, they will create a synergistic force, helping Vietnamese female entrepreneurs not only assert their position domestically but also reach regional and global levels.

The Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum 2025 is considered an important space for networking and dialogue between women entrepreneurs, policymakers, and business support organizations, aiming to discuss key issues in economic development and innovation.
At the forum, delegates focused on discussing government policies to support businesses in developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in accordance with Resolution 57-NQ/TW; and shared initiatives and solutions to support women-owned businesses, especially in their digital transformation journey, enhancing competitiveness and adaptability in the new context.
In addition, the forum also addressed the development strategies of women-owned businesses in line with global trends in science and technology, innovation, and sustainable development, as well as the role of female business leaders not only as managers but also as creators and leaders of change.
Beyond the formal sessions, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum 2025 also serves as a space for networking, exchanging ideas, and exploring potential collaboration opportunities among experts, businesses, policymakers, and domestic and international organizations, laying the foundation for future strategic partnerships.
With a spirit of openness, dialogue, and collaboration, the Forum aims to inspire innovation and create sustainable connections between women entrepreneurs, business associations, regulatory agencies, and international organizations, thereby promoting practical actions to help the Vietnamese women entrepreneur community innovate, break through, and assert its position. The image of "Vietnamese Women Entrepreneurs - courageous, intelligent, and pioneering" is considered the overarching message of the event, reflecting the spirit and aspirations of female leaders in the era of integration and digital transformation.
Notably, at the Forum, 98 female entrepreneurs were awarded the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneur – Golden Rose 2025," recognizing their outstanding achievements in production and business as well as their positive contributions to the community and society. Among them, the 10 most outstanding female entrepreneurs were honored in the Top 10 Golden Rose 2025, representing the courage, intelligence, and aspiration of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs to reach regional and global levels in the era of innovation and sustainable development.
