Dong Nai province is displaying more than 100 newspaper titles from central and local media agencies.

This is also one of a series of activities celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024, a significant cultural event aimed at introducing to the general public and readers an overview of the socio -economic development of the country, of Dong Nai province in general, and Bien Hoa city in particular.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Bien Hoa City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Thanh said that this year the city is organizing many activities such as: decorating flower streets and miniature landscapes along the 600m-long Nguyen Van Tri pedestrian street with the theme "Bien Hoa - Green Aspiration"; and decorating public places, offices, and units in the area.

In addition, the city also organized the Bien Hoa Spring Festival - Tet for Every Family; a spring market at Bien Hung Park; the Bien Hoa Spring Festival 2024 to welcome the Lunar New Year at Duong Tu Giang Park; a fireworks display on New Year's Eve at Hoa An Bridge; a competition for wrapping and cooking banh chung and banh tet (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), decorating ancestral altars; a parade and the performance of the ritual of offering cakes to commemorate ancestors.

Before, during, and after the Lunar New Year, the city organizes cultural, physical, and sports activities in parks throughout the city to meet the needs and improve the quality of life and activities of its residents.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City awarded certificates of commendation to 24 collectives and 9 individuals for their outstanding achievements in propaganda work.
