On the morning of September 11th, in Hanoi , Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group Vietnam held a ceremony to announce the BOND Live In Vietnam event.

Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association , and Head of the Program Steering Committee - announced that the "Good Morning Vietnam" program, organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with IB Group, will return for the second time in early October 2024 with Bond - the world's best string quartet, who previously visited Vietnam twice in 2015 and 2016.

However, this is the first time these four talented girls have come before the Vietnamese public in such a meaningful event to contribute to charitable activities and promote Vietnamese tourism.

““BOND Live in Vietnam” is an affirmation of Nhan Dan Newspaper’s commitment to continuing to bring world-class music to music lovers in Vietnam through professionally organized programs, while contributing to spreading Vietnamese cultural values through beautiful, familiar melodies to friends around the world. The success of the “Kenny G Live in Vietnam” program has affirmed the correct direction of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and we believe that “BOND Live in Vietnam,” as well as future programs, will be warmly received by the public nationwide,” said Mr. Le Quoc Minh.

Editor-in-chief Le Quoc Minh shared this at the announcement ceremony.

Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong - Chairman of IB Group Vietnam and Program Production Director, shared: “As a company with experience bringing many international music legends to Vietnam, IB Group is proud to continue contributing to the “Good Morning Vietnam” project with Bao Nhan Dan, featuring the legendary quartet BOND. This is BOND's first solo concert in Vietnam, and even more special, it is also the largest-scale concert the group has ever held in our country, with a stage and audience meeting international standards.”

Tanial Bond is an all-female string quartet consisting of Tania Davis (violin), Eos Counsell (violin), Elspeth Hanson (viola), and Gay-Yee Westerhoff (cello). This string quartet from London, England, is globally renowned for its blend of classical and modern musical styles, resulting in truly exceptional pieces.

Bond's musical style has been compared to that of the renowned violinist Vanessa-Mae, as they blend classical, rock, pop, Latin, folk, jazz, electro, with a touch of Indian and Western influences.

BOND Live In Vietnam will be held at 8 PM on October 5th at the My Dinh National Convention Center.

Active since 2000, for the past 24 years, the four members of Bond have maintained their youthful, modern performance style and held the title of the most successful string quartet in the history of world music. Bond is a rare international string quartet with a large fan base worldwide, including in Vietnam, thanks to their cheerful, easy-to-listen-to music and extremely captivating performance style.

To date, Bond has sold over 5 million albums worldwide and is the most successful string quartet in music history. After more than two decades, Bond still has a huge global fan base, with concerts always packed with audiences thanks to their timeless music and style. Their songs "Shine," "Victory," "Hungarian," "Explosive," and "Summer" have become beloved tunes around the world. In 2015 and 2016, Bond visited Vietnam, but performed on a smaller scale.

Therefore, although this is Bond's third visit to Vietnam, it is the first time the general public will have the opportunity to enjoy his wonderful melodies and admire his style on a Hanoi stage. "BOND Live in Vietnam," taking place at 8 PM on October 5th, 2024 at the My Dinh National Convention Center, promises to be a night of diverse emotions on the Hanoi stage.

Vietnamese audiences will be immersed in a world-class, luxurious yet intimate and nostalgic musical experience. This is a spiritual gift that Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group want to send to Vietnamese music lovers, along with the beautiful humanistic values embodied in each ticket of the program.
