In particular, some areas such as the road along Hoa Binh river, road 1A in warehouse 6 area, road 25m - Trieu Khuc - Tan Trieu, Vu Lang road in Vinafco Company area... experienced local flooding. Thanh Tri Electricity Company has proactively cut off power to all 3 communes in the beach area (Yen My, Duyen Ha, Van Phuc) to ensure safety, and will immediately restore power after the water recedes.
