Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc joined the editorial board of a prestigious international journal

Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc is also the first Vietnamese scientist to become a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Aerospace Science and Technology, published by Elsevier (Netherlands).

The University of Technology, Vietnam National University , Hanoi, announced that Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc - Chairman of the University Council, Vice President of the Vietnam Mechanics Association, and Director of the Advanced Materials and Structures Laboratory - has officially become a member of the editorial board of the international journal on aerospace science and technology - Journal of Aerospace Science and Technology, published by Elsevier (Netherlands).

This is one of the leading international journals listed in the SCI index, in the top 5%, and is highly reputable and of high quality in the field of science, engineering, and aerospace technology.

The journal's editorial board consists of outstanding scientists from around the world in the fields of science, engineering, and aerospace technology, from many countries including the USA, UK, France, Australia, Italy, New Zealand, China, and Vietnam.

Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc is also the first Vietnamese scientist to have this honor.

Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc presented a report at the international conference.

Currently, Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc is a member of the editorial board of 10 international journals listed in the ISI database, published by prestigious publishers such as: Aerospace Science and Technology (Elsevier); Mechanical Engineering Science (Proc. IMechE Part C, SAGE); Mechanics of Composite Materials and Mechanical Science and Technology (Springer); Applied Mathematics and Mechanics (Zeitschrift für Angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik, WILEY); Cogent Engineering (UK, Taylor & Francis); Science and Engineering of Composite Materials (De Gruyter)...

At the same time, he has published over 350 articles and scientific works, including more than 200 articles in prestigious international ISI journals.

From 2019 to the present, he has consistently been ranked among the top 10,000 most influential scientists in the world and the top 100 leading scientists in the field of Engineering and Technology – ranking 85th globally in 2023.

For many years now, Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc has been the only Vietnamese person working in the country to be ranked by Research.com as one of the world's top scientists in the field of Engineering and Technology.
