Hanoi seeks public opinion on two individuals proposed for State-level commendation

On September 5, the Hanoi City Emulation and Rewards Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 525/BTĐ-NV2 on posting information to solicit public opinions on individuals proposed for State-level rewards.

The document stated that the City's Emulation and Reward Committee received a proposal from the People's Committees of wards in the city requesting to award the Labor Medal to individuals living and working in the ward.

Specifically: Viet Hung Ward People's Committee proposed to award the Third Class Labor Medal to Mr. Ngo Manh Diem, former Standing Deputy Secretary of Long Bien District Party Committee; Ha Dong Ward People's Committee proposed to award the Third Class Labor Medal to Ms. Le Minh Nguyet, Principal of Le Loi Secondary School.

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government , which stipulates the public announcement of the list of collectives and individuals proposed for commendation on the city's media; in order to have a basis for reporting to the City Emulation and Commendation Council for approval, before submitting to superiors for commendation, the City Emulation and Commendation Council posts information to solicit public opinions on individuals proposed for commendation.

Feedback should be sent to the City's Emulation and Rewards Committee (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of posting the information.
