Hai Phong opens its doors to welcome people to watch the red phoenix flower festival from 6pm today

This is the largest-scale gala ever in Hai Phong city in terms of stage, audience, and grandstand with a capacity of up to 18,000 people.

The program will be 80 minutes long.

Notably, at this event, UNESCO representatives awarded certificates recognizing Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh province) - Cat Ba Archipelago (Hai Phong city) as the first inter-provincial - city World Natural Heritage in Vietnam.

This is the result of more than 12 years of efforts to prepare the submission documents as well as to mobilize, protect and preserve the Central levels and sectors, Hai Phong City; it is a testament to the cooperation between the two localities of Hai Phong - Quang Ninh and the joint efforts of businesses, authorities and people of Cat Hai island district.

This honor also sets out the responsibility of all levels, sectors and people in preserving and promoting the values of World Natural Heritage.

The program's location was moved to the new administrative-political center, creating many opportunities for a large number of people and tourists to attend in person.

The program was broadcast live on VTV1 channel, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station and a number of provincial and municipal TV stations.

The program will end with a 15-minute high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display.

The program is staged with high artistic quality requirements and the participation of top famous artists and singers in Vietnam and the city.

The Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2024 is organized on the largest scale. The program's location has been moved to the new Administrative - Political Center, creating many opportunities for a large number of people and tourists to attend in person.
