Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate has just concluded the inspection of the social housing project in Nghia Tan Ward, Gia Nghia City, former Dak Nong Province (now Nam Gia Nghia Ward, Lam Dong Province) invested by ESG Vietland LLC (Vietland).
The authorities determined that during the project implementation process, Vietland had many limitations, shortcomings, and violations that had not been completely resolved, affecting the rights of home buyers and the order of State management of investment and construction.
According to information on the National Business Registration Portal, Vietland was established in May 2018, with headquarters at residential group 3, Nghia Tan ward, Gia Nghia city, former Dak Nong province.

The company’s main registered business is real estate trading, land use rights owned, used or rented. The company has registered 55 other business lines, including cattle and buffalo breeding, pig breeding, iron ore mining, hazardous waste collection, demolition, housing construction, etc.
The Director and legal representative is Mr. Le Thien Bao. Mr. Bao is also the representative of Dia Thien Thai Gia Lai Investment Joint Stock Company (in Gia Lai), Central Ly Son LLC (in Quang Ngai), Dai Minh LLC (in Gia Lai).
Notably, the authorities determined that Dia Thien Thai Gia Lai Investment Joint Stock Company was involved with Vietland when it issued illegal invoices and confirmed fake acceptance records. In addition, there was also Hoan Tan Dak Nong One Member Co., Ltd.
Dia Thien Thai Gia Lai is known as a non-state joint stock company, established in 2019, the main business is architectural activities and related technical consulting. The company also collects and recycles waste, and builds houses.
Hoan Tan Dak Nong was established at the end of 2014, with Mr. Le Kiem Hoan as the legal representative. The company's main business lines are architectural activities and related technical consulting.

According to Lam Dong Inspectorate, the social housing project in Nam Gia Nghia ward was implemented on an area of 17,821m2. Initially, this land was planned to be used as public housing by Phat Global Construction Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company, but was terminated in March 2017. In June 2017, the People's Committee of the former Dak Nong province assigned Beton 6 Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company as the investor.
Afterwards, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee decided to revoke the project and hand it over to Vietland (a subsidiary of Beton 6) to carry out. Despite being extended four times, the project is still behind schedule.
In 2022, the Dak Nong Department of Construction said that the investor of this social housing project had carried out the purchase and sale of houses without written approval from the State management agency. Among the home buyers were even families of local officials.
In addition to Vietland's problems, Lam Dong Inspectorate also determined that the Department of Construction and the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Nong (old) were responsible for lax management, allowing violations to occur at Vietland.
