At Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery and the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs at the height of 468, in a solemn atmosphere, with sincere hearts and infinite gratitude, the working delegation of the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the Heroes and Martyrs who fought and heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the People.

At the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery, Ninh Binh province, there are 23 martyrs resting in peace. After the incense offering ceremony, the working delegation coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vi Xuyen district to present 30 gifts to typical policy families living in Vi Xuyen district. This is a practical act, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source" and "Repaying gratitude" of the nation.
