Conference to study and disseminate Resolution of the 17th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028

On April 12, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union (CCTU) held a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term. Attending the conference were representatives of the Propaganda and Education Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor - conference reporters; members of the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and officers in charge of propaganda work of affiliated grassroots trade unions.

The conference listened to comrade Quach Tan Cong - Head of the Propaganda and Women's Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, thoroughly grasp the basic contents of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 17th Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial General Confederation of Labor, focusing on the following contents: Innovation in the content and methods of trade union activities; innovation in the implementation of the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; propaganda, dissemination and education of law for union members; building a team of comprehensively developed workers and civil servants; building agencies and units to achieve the status of cultural agencies... New issues in the Congress documents; goals, breakthroughs, annual targets, targets of the term; tasks, main solutions; content of the action program to implement the Resolution and specialized programs and resolutions to implement the Congress Resolution; some issues on the organization of workers in agencies and enterprises.

Through the conference, grassroots trade union officials grasp the basic and core contents of the Resolution, contributing to bringing the Congress Resolution into life and organizing its implementation effectively, in accordance with the functions and tasks of the trade union organization. From there, promoting the spirit of innovation, creativity, determination to overcome all difficulties and challenges, successfully implementing the Congress Resolution, building a strong and comprehensive trade union organization.
