At the conference, delegates listened to the topic "New and important points of the 2024 Land Law". Accordingly, the revised 2024 Land Law consists of 16 chapters and 260 articles, of which 180/212 articles of the 2013 Land Law are amended and supplemented and 78 new articles are added, effective from January 1, 2025.

The Law has many outstanding new points: perfecting the rights of Vietnamese people residing abroad, land policies for ethnic minorities, rights and obligations of citizens with respect to land, regulations on conversion of agricultural land use rights, planning, land use plans, conditions for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement policies when the State recovers land.

Speaking on the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the delegates attending the conference, the Propaganda Departments of district and city Party Committees, Party Committees, and reporters at all levels to step up propaganda on the 2024 Land Law to cadres, Party members and people to create unity in compliance with land laws, ensuring correct and complete understanding of the Law.

In addition, in the coming time, reporters at all levels and propagandists need to focus on propagating the contents of commemorating the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh; key tasks and solutions to promote socio-economic development.
