Today (July 28): Deadline for registration and adjustment of university admission wishes

Candidates can register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28. Candidates use the assigned account to process information (enter, edit, view) of the candidate's information on the system.

Registration of admission wishes for majors/programs must be done online on the system or on the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates' wishes for admission to all training institutions are registered by major/program and are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest). At the same time, candidates must provide data (according to criteria, conditions, and registration procedures specified in the admission information of training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that candidates have registered for admission so that training institutions can use it for admission.

All admission requests of candidates to training institutions will be processed on the system. Each candidate will only be admitted to the highest choice among the registered choices when ensuring the admission conditions.

From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies must coordinate with reception points to review information on the candidate's regional and target priority policies (if any).

Candidates must carefully study the instruction documents and must complete the entire application process correctly and completely. Candidates who are unclear about the declaration and payment of application fees can contact the staff at the reception points or the training institution staff on duty at the enrollment support phone numbers for guidance.

Confirmation of online admission on the system is done before 5:00 p.m. on August 30. All admitted candidates (including direct admitted candidates) must confirm their admission on the system (if they wish to study).

From September 1 to December 2025, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution will follow the admission information posted on the training institution's admission information page.

If the training institution conducts additional admissions, candidates who have passed the entrance exam and have confirmed their enrollment will not be considered for additional admissions, except in cases where the head of the training institution allows them not to enroll.

Candidates submit their application documents to the training institution, following the instructions of the training institution. Candidates who have an aptitude test, using the aptitude test scores of another training institution for admission, must contact the training institution to register for the exam, take the exam, or submit the aptitude test scores.
