Specifically, today, Tan Son Nhat Airport is expected to handle 964 flights, including 845 passenger flights. The majority of passengers passing through the airport today are arrivals, with 94,625 passengers; departures account for 56,314.

Thus, the number of passengers passing through the airport after the Tet holiday increased significantly on February 15th and 16th. Specifically, yesterday, February 15th (the 6th day of Tet), Tan Son Nhat Airport served 900 flights, with 141,225 passengers.

Information from Tan Son Nhat International Airport indicates that, despite the high volume of passengers, overall airport operations remain stable in the post-Tet period. The airport is coordinating with airlines to update flight schedules, resources, and equipment for ground services and passenger services. Simultaneously, the airport is strengthening coordination with the Southern Aviation Authority and other relevant agencies to ensure security, safety, and traffic order in the days following the Tet holiday.
