According to the People's Committee of Chan Hung commune, in implementing the model new rural development program for the period 2024-2025, the locality is carrying out 3 investment projects to build transportation infrastructure with a total of 52 roads and 3 civil engineering projects.
By December 5th, 99% of the projects had been completed. To implement these projects, 2,067 households in the commune voluntarily donated over 221,387 m² of land. Thanks to this, the local authorities did not have to resort to coercive measures to reclaim land for construction. The total resources mobilized for building the model new rural area in the commune exceeded 771 billion VND.
At the conference summarizing the land clearance work for model new rural construction projects and launching the movement to accelerate land clearance for the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Project - Zone B, the People's Committee of the commune commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

To date, the People's Committee of Chấn Hưng commune has publicly implemented the compensation and support plan for land clearance to carry out the investment project for the development of infrastructure in the Tiên Lãng Airport Industrial Park - Zone B.
The project, invested by CEO Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, covers an area of 186.4 hectares and is being implemented in Chan Hung commune, within the South Hai Phong Coastal Economic Zone. The total investment for the project is VND 2,795.3 billion. The project involves land acquisition from 573 households.
