In Ninh Thuan province, to proactively respond, departments, agencies, and localities have strictly implemented Official Dispatch No. 8356/CĐ-BNN-ĐĐ dated November 6, 2024, from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development . They have closely monitored the storm's developments, directed information dissemination, and guided vessels and boats to move to safe anchorage areas. As of now, 2,268 vessels with 12,392 workers are anchored in ports within the province, and 309 vessels with 2,781 workers are still operating at sea.

After hearing reports from localities on their response plans to Typhoon No. 7, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoang Hiep requested that localities closely monitor and update the situation and developments of the typhoon; proactively and effectively implement response measures. This includes strictly controlling vessels going out to sea, guiding them to safe anchorage and shelter locations; preparing means and personnel to evacuate people in dangerous areas when the typhoon makes landfall; and ensuring the safety of dikes, reservoirs, dams, and aquaculture cages. He also requested that media outlets promptly report on the typhoon's developments and response efforts so that people can stay informed and proactively take preventive measures.
