On October 10, in Do Vinh ward, Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, Lean Group held a relaunch ceremony and named the Aura City Ninh Thuan project.

Aura City Ninh Thuan project is a complex of high-end apartments, commercial centers and services located on the frontage of Bac Ai Street, Do Vinh Ward, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City. The project has a total area of ​​4.5 hectares, with 160 adjacent shophouses and 3 social housing buildings. This project is designed to combine Champa architecture and modern style with high-end construction investment standards, full of amenities and utilities for health, education , entertainment, shopping, green parks, children's play area. The project is also located in a prime location, conveniently connecting to the city center.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start construction of the Aura City Ninh Thuan project.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Kien Thanh Construction Trading Company Limited (a member of Lean Group) said: Aura City Ninh Thuan project was built with the desire to create a modern, classy urban area, contributing to improving the quality of life for local people. After phase 1, site clearance, underground infrastructure and foundation investment were completed. Phase 2 of Aura City Ninh Thuan project, with capital contribution from Lean Group and Hong Duc Construction Company as the general contractor, is a favorable condition for the project to be built to ensure progress, standard quality, and early handover to customers.

The groundbreaking of the Aura City Ninh Thuan project is a positive signal for the real estate market of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, promising to contribute to promoting the city's socio -economic development, while improving the quality of life for residents in the urban area.
