Lam Dong: Associations at all levels presented over 1,200 "Steps to School" gifts to poor students

On the occasion of the opening of the new school year 2025 - 2026, in response to the program "Step to school", Women's Unions at all levels in Lam Dong province presented more than 1,200 gifts to poor students and students in difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, Women's Unions at all levels in Lam Dong province have mobilized donors to donate 1,277 gifts with a total value of over 318 million VND, including books, notebooks, milk, cash, etc. to poor students and students in difficult circumstances in the area.

Along with that, the Lam Dong Women's Union also coordinated with sponsors and benefactors to present gifts to ethnic minority students and students in difficult circumstances in remote communes. At the same time, 10.5 million VND was allocated from the Association's Officers' Gratitude Fund to present 21 gifts to students in especially difficult circumstances.

This is an annual activity of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union at all levels on the occasion of the new school year, joining hands with all levels and sectors for poor children and children in difficult circumstances, providing timely care and motivation for them to strive to overcome difficulties, excel in their studies and training, and become useful citizens for society.
