At this time, due to prolonged heavy rain, many roads in Ham Thanh commune were deeply flooded, with strong currents. While driving a motorbike through a flooded road near Linh River (Dan Cuong village), a woman selling lottery tickets was unfortunately swept away by the water, both herself and her motorbike.
Upon discovering the incident, local residents and Ham Thanh Commune Police quickly jumped into the water and pulled the victim safely to shore. The motorbike was later recovered.
