During this cold spell, the lowest temperatures in Northern Vietnam will generally be 7-10 degrees Celsius, 3-6 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas, and below 0 degrees Celsius in some high mountainous areas; 9-12 degrees Celsius in North Central Vietnam; and 13-16 degrees Celsius from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue .
