Call for papers for the INCOTEH 2026 international scientific conference

DNVN - The Institute of Technology and Health (HETEC) in collaboration with Thanh Dong University has just issued a notice inviting scientists, lecturers, experts and researchers at home and abroad to submit papers to attend the International Scientific Conference on Technology and Digital Health - INCOTEH 2026, scheduled to be held on May 16, 2026 in Hai Phong.

According to the Organizing Committee, the conference aims to promote the publication of research results, enhance academic exchanges and expand cooperation in the fields of technology - engineering, public health and digital transformation. The event is expected to attract about 300 delegates and receive 150 scientific articles from research institutes, universities and science and technology enterprises nationwide.

INCOTEH 2026 accepts papers from seven thematic groups: Electrical and electronic engineering technology and automation; Information technology and digital transformation in healthcare, education and management; Management, economics and innovation in the digital age; Environment, energy and sustainable development; Chemical technology, food and nutrition; Public health and biomedical sciences; Education, training and development of human resources for science and technology.

All papers will be double-blind peer reviewed and edited by the Scientific Council. Accepted papers will be published in the INCOTEH 2026 Conference Proceedings, published by the Science - Technology and Communications Publishing House, with ISBN code.

The paper is presented in Vietnamese or English, 6–8 pages long, according to the format of the Organizing Committee.

Authors send articles via email to [email protected] with the following format:
[INCOTEH2026] – Full name of main author – Name of thematic group

The cost of a paper is 1.5 million VND/paper, including review fees, editing, publication of proceedings, certification and conference attendance.

The Organizing Committee said that INCOTEH 2026 aims to build a prestigious international scientific forum, creating opportunities to share research achievements and apply advanced technology in the fields of engineering - biomedicine - health; at the same time, strengthening connections between domestic and international institutes, schools and businesses.

The Organizing Committee respectfully invites scientists and research units to submit papers to participate in the conference.
