Mong Cai: Announcement of the decision to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, and the City Government Party Committee.

On December 30th, the Mong Cai City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, as well as the City Government Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee presented the decision and offered flowers to congratulate the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Department.

Decision No. 1211-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024, of the Executive Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, comprising 8 subordinate branches: the City Party Committee Office Branch, the City Party Committee Organization Department Branch, the City Party Committee Inspection Committee Branch, the City Propaganda - Mass Mobilization - Political Center Branch, the City People's Council Branch, the City Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations Branch, the City People's Procuracy Branch, and the City People's Court Branch, with a total of 90 Party members.

The Party Committee of the Party, mass organizations, People's Council, and Justice agencies of the city performs its functions and duties in accordance with the Party Charter and current regulations.

The Standing Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee issued Decision No. 1212-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024, appointing the Party Committee Executive Board, Party Committee Standing Board, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Department for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, the Party Committee Executive Board of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Department consists of 15 members; the Standing Committee consists of 5 members. Comrade Nguyen Van Do, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council, was appointed as the Party Committee Secretary.

The Executive Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee also issued Decision No. 1216-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024, on renaming the Party Committee of the City Government Agencies to the Party Committee of the City Government.

The Standing Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee presented the decision and offered flowers to congratulate the City Party Committee and Government.

The Standing Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee also issued Decision No. 1218-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024, on the appointment of additional members to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the City Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, for the following comrades: Nguyen Phuc Vinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and assigned to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the City Government Party Committee; Hoang Anh Tuat, City Party Committee Member, Head of the City Department of Internal Affairs, Member of the Executive Committee of the City Government Party Committee, to participate in the Standing Committee of the City Government Party Committee; Tran Ngoc Trung, City Party Committee Member, Head of the City Department of Finance and Planning, to participate in the Executive Committee of the City Government Party Committee; and Hoang Hai Long, Head of the City Department of Education and Training, to participate in the Executive Committee of the City Government Party Committee.

The Party Committee of the Mong Cai City Government currently has 365 party members, with Comrade Ho Quang Huy, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, serving as the Party Committee Secretary.

The official decisions will take effect from January 1, 2025.

With the establishment of the Party Committee of the Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Department of the city, and the Party Committee of the City Government, the Mong Cai City Party Committee now has 32 subordinate branches and party committees with a total of 4,722 party members.

At the conference, the Secretary of the Mong Cai City Party Committee delivered a speech assigning tasks to the two Party committees, focusing on reviewing and supplementing the operational regulations of the Party committees; and urgently preparing the necessary conditions to complete the Party branch congresses leading to the Party committee congress in accordance with regulations.
