Each article is a story, a journey of adaptation, familiarization, and learning throughout the university years and beyond, from receiving the acceptance letter, the first day of school with all its habits and plans, to graduating and starting to face life's challenges.
This book is a collection of essays by 15 young authors about their university experiences. They are university lecturers, high school teachers, doctors, doctoral candidates… or still students. They have studied or are currently studying in diverse educational environments with different socio-cultural contexts – domestically or internationally – but they all share one thing in common: university has had a profound impact and has led to life-changing changes.

While perhaps not outstanding in terms of literary merit, the stories shared in this book are all real-life experiences, written from the authors' own lives. Therefore, readers can see reflections of themselves during their university years and after graduation, reliving those youthful years, the challenges and adjustments they faced as they strived for success.
