A woman in Ho Chi Minh City won 14 lottery tickets while on a business trip to the West.

While on a business trip to Dong Thap province, a woman in Ho Chi Minh City bought lottery tickets from a street vendor and was lucky enough to win the jackpot of 14 tickets.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online on the evening of August 18th, Mr. Luu Quoc Duy - owner of Duy lottery ticket agency in Tra Vinh ward, Vinh Long province - confirmed that his agency had just redeemed 14 winning lottery tickets for a woman in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Duy, the winning lottery numbers were 081142, drawn by Tra Vinh Lottery Company Limited on August 15th.

The woman shared that she was on a business trip in Dong Thap and had bought many lottery tickets from a street vendor, unexpectedly winning the jackpot on all 14 tickets.

Because Duy's agent offered free commission for exchanging winning tickets, the agent called him and asked him to travel from Vinh Long to Ho Chi Minh City to claim his prize.

After deducting 10% tax, Duy's agency transferred 25.2 billion VND to the winners of the 14 winning tickets.
