My Linh apologizes to Duong Hoang Yen after 11 years

In episode 2 of the 2024 "Beautiful Women Riding the Wind" competition , the contestants continued to showcase their solo performances. That's why the diva chose Duong Hoang Yen as the team captain in her alliance with Toc Tien and Minh Hang. Duong Hoang Yen was a student of diva My Linh at The Voice Vietnam 2013. In that season, Duong Hoang Yen was considered a strong contestant due to her beautiful voice and good technique. However, she was eliminated by coach My Linh in the sixth live show, causing regret and controversy among many viewers.

At the end of her journey on the show, Duong Hoang Yen admitted that she still had many shortcomings, and expressed gratitude to the diva for teaching her so much.

"Everyone has their own strategy. I don't blame My Linh for anything. I thanked her right after the recent Live Show 6 ended. Even though I was eliminated, for the past 6 months, Linh has been by my side and taught me many good things. I think stopping here is a beautiful ending for me. The audience loves me. There were people who waited for me until almost 1 am when I left. They ran to hug me and cried with me. Honestly, I am very touched by the love everyone has shown me," the female singer once shared.

After the competition, Duong Hoang Yen continued to pursue her music career and achieved much success.
