Improving the quality of political education in the Lam Dong Provincial Military

In recent years, the implementation of Directive No. 124, the project on innovation in political education work has been closely, synchronously and comprehensively led and directed by Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Lam Dong Provincial Armed Forces with the motto "wherever there are soldiers, there is political education". Units have innovated and diversified forms of education, ensuring closeness to each subject, closely combining basic political education content with regular political education, legal education with traditional education and other activities.

At the conference, units under the provincial military made many practical recommendations to continue improving the effectiveness and quality of political education work in the coming time. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen guidance and inspection of implementation at lower levels, and to select each agency and unit as a pilot form of political education, to popularize and replicate effective and practical methods, effective initiatives, and typical examples. At the same time, the results of innovation in political education work are used as a criterion to evaluate and classify the quality and level of completion of duties and tasks of political teachers...

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Tran Van Khuong emphasized: Through the implementation of Directive No. 124 and the Project, it helps to comprehensively transform the quality and effectiveness of political education work in the provincial military, helping to stabilize the ideological situation of cadres and soldiers, and promote internal solidarity and good military-civilian solidarity. Colonel Tran Van Khuong requested to further strengthen the leadership and direction of party organizations, promote the role of political agencies, political commissars, political officers and commanders at all levels in political education work. Agencies and units continue to pay attention to training a team of political lecturers, effectively diversifying forms of political education. Thereby, ensuring to always maintain the ideological frontline, foster political qualities, ethics and lifestyles for cadres, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

At the conference, the Party Committee and Military Command of Lam Dong province commended 8 collectives and 2 individuals for their outstanding performance in political education work.
