Sharing with reporters on the sidelines of the National Assembly, delegate Trinh Thi Tu Anh (Lam Dong delegation) assessed that the 15th National Assembly term is a special term, with many unstable and unpredictable international factors such as: The complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic; geopolitical tensions in some regions of the world, armed conflicts between countries or trade tensions between major countries, natural disasters, enemies..., which have greatly affected the socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security of Vietnam.
The Vietnamese National Assembly, as the highest authority representing the will and aspirations of the people, has been determined and made efforts to resolve a huge amount of work, including unprecedented difficulties and challenges, to ensure social security while developing the economy . The National Assembly always accompanies the Government in performing its tasks. This is an important premise for the National Assembly to continue to move forward steadily into the next stage.
Regarding the meeting agenda, the female National Assembly delegate from Lam Dong assessed that the arrangement of the agenda and the innovations in organization and implementation demonstrated rationality, flexibility and high concentration to ensure effectiveness. This meeting was not divided into two sessions like previous meetings, there was no break between sessions and no direct question-and-answer session was organized. Instead, delegates will send the content to be questioned to the person being questioned for written answers. The National Assembly will spend half a day listening to and discussing the written answer report. Groups of content in the same field or related to each other are arranged to be presented and discussed together to avoid overlap and increase the connection and logic of the discussed content.
Another notable innovation is the increased application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the preparation, management and propaganda of the Session. National Assembly deputies are supported through a digital information system, with full electronic documents, helping to deeply study 49 draft laws, draft resolutions, reports, socio-economic content, budget, supervision... With careful and scientific preparation, close coordination between relevant agencies, deputies expressed their belief that the 10th Session will be successful, leaving an impression on legislative quality and institutional vision.

Assessing the Government's Report on the socio-economic development situation in the past term and the socio-economic development plan for the next term presented by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the opening session on the same morning, delegate Nguyen Quang Huan (Ho Chi Minh City delegation) said that the content of the Government's Report closely followed the actual situation and had many similarities with the content of the report at the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Thereby, it highlighted the achievements in overcoming difficulties and developing the economy and society that Vietnam has achieved in the past term. Especially in the context of the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, directly affecting all aspects of life, economy and society.
According to delegate Nguyen Quang Huan, in the early stages of his term, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, growth in 2021 only reached 2.55%. However, thanks to timely application of correct policies, Vietnam's GDP has gained momentum, continuously made breakthroughs in the following years and at times exceeded the set target. This is a mark, a memorable feat in the country's development process.
