'Touch Vietnam – Receive Pride': Spreading the Value of Vietnamese Products
On October 24th, the Vietnam National Payment Corporation (NAPAS) collaborated with the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development – Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize the "Touch Vietnam – Receive Pride" program, in response to the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign.
The program runs from October 2025 to April 2026, aiming to promote the consumption of Vietnamese goods through VietQR electronic payment, a fast, convenient, and secure payment solution developed by NAPAS.
The "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign, launched in 2009, aims to build a domestic consumption culture, promote patriotism, and foster national pride. Over the years, the campaign has helped Vietnamese businesses affirm their position, reputation, and brand in the market.
The "Touch Vietnam – Receive Pride" program in 2025 is expected to become a key activity spreading the message "every transaction is a touch of love" – where consumers contribute to creating new vitality for Vietnamese brands, while shaping smart and sustainable consumption trends.

VIETQRPay – A comprehensive digital payment solution
Within the framework of the program, NAPAS and Central Retail Vietnam (CRV) Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in deploying the VIETQRPay payment service across the entire GO!, Tops Market, and go! supermarket system under CRV.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Through this collaboration, customers can make quick payments simply by scanning the VietQR code on their banking app or e-wallet.
CRV stated that the application of VIETQRPay helps to increase revenue transparency, manage product information, support reconciliation, and effectively manage finances. For consumers, this provides a convenient and secure shopping experience and contributes to promoting cashless payments.
Also as part of the event, CRV launched a month-long promotion on Vietnamese products, introducing regional specialties and high-quality products at its supermarket system. This activity not only supports Vietnamese businesses in expanding their modern retail channels but also gives people the opportunity to experience and be proud of Vietnamese products.
Later that same day, during the Vietnam Agricultural Products Week 2025, NAPAS continued to collaborate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to launch the cashless payment program.
The program targets household businesses, small traders, and retail units nationwide, helping them access modern electronic payment solutions, increase business efficiency, and improve transparent management.
As a pioneer in providing modern and secure payment solutions for Vietnamese users, and to meet the growing demand for QR code payments, NAPAS has introduced the VIETQRPay payment service for in-store and e-commerce businesses. Compared to personal money transfers using VietQR codes, VIETQRPay is integrated into sales management software, displaying complete and clear order information such as product/service details, amount, etc. In case of order cancellations or complaints, businesses can easily track transactions, ensuring the rights of both buyers and sellers. Therefore, VIETQRPay not only supports financial management and revenue statistics but also improves service quality, thereby boosting business efficiency and promoting the widespread adoption of digital payments.
Furthermore, the implementation of VIETQRPay is also expected to contribute to preventing fraud and counterfeiting, as well as supporting the tax management work of state agencies regarding business activities in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh – General Director of NAPAS, stated: Green payments or cashless payments are becoming an essential part of modern life. With VIETQRPay, NAPAS aims for an open, comprehensive payment ecosystem connecting multiple platforms – from traditional points of sale to e-commerce, from domestic to cross-border transactions. The VIETQRPay payment solution contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses, promoting smart consumption, and facilitating deeper international integration in the financial and banking sector.
From now until April 2026, the "Touch Vietnam – Receive Pride" program will continue to offer a series of attractive incentives for consumers when purchasing Vietnamese products and paying via VietQR code at stores or e-commerce channels.
