Should I study abroad in China or Europe?

I like China so I want to study here, but my parents advised me to choose Europe because they think this region is better.

I am a 12th grade student. Since last year, I have intended to study abroad in China, majoring in International Chinese Education . I have studied Chinese for nearly a year, preparing for the HSK certificate exam.

However, I am a bit hesitant because many of my classmates choose to go to European countries. My parents also advised me to go to Europe because they think this is a good choice, with better conditions for development.

With the international Chinese education major, should I study in Europe or stay in Vietnam? Or should studying abroad in China be the top priority? My family is not very well off, so the fact that studying abroad is difficult to earn a living is something I am considering.
