NDO - From October 4, 2023 to March 30, 2024, at the Vincom Center for Contemporary Art (VCCA), a large-scale installation exhibition called "Emotional Tide" will take place, introducing to the public in Vietnam for the first time the works of Japanese female artist Chiharu Shiota, one of the world's leading names in conceptual art.
