As a respected community leader, Mr. Hua actively participates in community meetings, contributing opinions and reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people to the Party committee and government. Thanks to his dedication, enthusiasm, and responsibility, he has become a strong bridge between the Party, the State, and the ethnic minority communities. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Hua fully attends all legal training courses organized by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion. Mr. Hua expressed: “Having been elected as a respected community leader by the people, I am always aware of my responsibility to the community. Therefore, I strive to fulfill my role in mobilizing the people to unite, develop the economy, and effectively carry out the local political tasks.”
With nearly 30 years of Party membership, Mr. Hua is not only an exemplary Party member but also a successful and dynamic farmer and businessman. His white salt business has been operating for over 15 years. Each year, the business supplies more than 1,000 tons of salt to the market, generating tens of millions of dong in income. In addition, Mr. Hua's salt business provides stable employment for at least 7 workers, not including the drivers. On average, each worker earns around 6 million dong per month.
Mr. Le Hoang Khoi, Secretary of the Party Branch of Ward 2, commented: “Although the Khmer people make up the majority, the residents still trusted and elected Mr. Hua, a member of the Hoa ethnic group, as a respected figure. This demonstrates his close ties, prestige, and important role within the ethnic community. Mr. Hua is always attentive to reality, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the people and proactively proposing appropriate solutions to address emerging issues in the residential area.”
