At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan - Chairman of the Vietnam Community Health Education and Care Association, former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam - presented Decision No. 38/2024/QD-TWH, dated February 19, 2024, appointing journalist Chu Loan to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Community Health Magazine (both print and online editions).

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan affirmed that the appointment to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Community Health Magazine reflects the trust of the leaders of the Vietnam Community Health Education and Care Association in the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Community Health Magazine.
Chairman Nguyen Hong Quan also expressed his hope that, in her new position, journalist Chu Loan would work with the editorial board and the entire staff of the Community Health Magazine to build a strong and comprehensive magazine.
In 2023, as the Director of the Event Communication Center of the Community Health Magazine and a member of the Editorial Board, journalist Chu Loan implemented many community projects through the "Journey to Protect Community Health" program, making a positive contribution to raising public awareness about health protection.
The newly appointed Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Community Health Magazine happily shared that today is a very special day, full of emotions, and marks a new milestone in the journey of a journalist who has strived for nearly 20 years to become Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
Journalist Chu Loan expressed that with her abilities, confidence, and continuous efforts to learn, along with the support of the leaders of the Vietnam Community Health Education and Care Association and the leaders of the Community Health Magazine editorial board, she will continue to develop her capabilities in the fields of information management, journalism, media, and community projects.
