Announcement of the appointment of two Deputy Directors of the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions.

On December 12, 2025, in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a conference to announce the SBV Governor's decision on personnel matters.

At the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam, Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son presented the appointment decisions to Mr. Do Hoang Anh and Ms. Tran Thi Hoa, appointing them as Deputy Directors of the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions.

Permanent Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son delivered a speech assigning duties to the two new Deputy Directors of the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Doan Thai Son, stated that the addition of two Deputy Directors is extremely significant for the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions, especially given the unit's heavy workload and numerous responsibilities. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam have placed high trust in and assessed the two newly appointed Deputy Directors as experienced and professionally competent officers. The two Deputy Directors are expected to help the unit successfully complete its assigned tasks in the coming period.

The Deputy Governor requested that the two new Deputy Directors continue to leverage their strengths and experience to help the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions effectively carry out complex tasks, especially in the upcoming crucial period.

Speaking on behalf of the two Deputy Directors, Mr. Do Hoang Anh expressed his deep gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam for their trust and for entrusting them with this important responsibility. The two new leaders of the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions pledged to continuously improve their professional skills, political acumen, and moral character, and together with the leadership team and all staff of the unit, uphold the tradition of unity and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

The two newly appointed Deputy Directors hope to continue receiving the attention and support of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the leadership of the State Bank of Vietnam, and the entire staff of the Department of System Safety of Credit Institutions to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks in their new positions.
