Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong, Head of the Department of Government Construction, Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work at the Department of Home Affairs. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong, born on March 19, 1980, Head of the Department of Government Construction, Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong.

Presenting the decision to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong and speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son emphasized that in the context of the city implementing a 2-level local government model, the tasks set for the staff, especially the young generation of leaders, are extremely heavy but also full of honor.

Mr. Le Hong Son expressed his belief that Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong is fully aware of the assigned responsibility, promotes youthfulness, dedication and devotion, learns from the practice and experience of his predecessors to excellently complete the task, and together with the collective contributes to the development of the Department of Home Affairs and Hanoi city.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Xuan Luong accepted the leadership and direction of the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son; and at the same time thanked the city leaders for their attention.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luong promised that in his new position, he will regularly learn and inherit achievements and work experiences, improve his political capacity, promote solidarity, and together with the unit's leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees, successfully complete assigned political tasks, contributing to the development of the Home Affairs sector.
