On the morning of December 5, the People's Council of Dak Lak province, term X, 2021 - 2026, held the opening ceremony of the 9th session. Within the framework of the session, the People's Council of Dak Lak province dismissed and elected additional positions of Vice Chairman of the People's Council and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026.
At the meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council carried out the procedure to dismiss Mr. Vo Van Canh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; voted to elect Mr. Vo Van Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to the position of Vice Chairman of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
Mr. Vo Van Canh was born in 1966, hometown: Binh Giang commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province; professional qualification: Bachelor of Law.
Also at the Session, delegates voted to elect Mr. Truong Cong Thai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, to the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 10th term, 2021 - 2026.
Mr. Truong Cong Thai was born in 1969, hometown Quang Binh province; has a high level of political theory; professional qualifications: Bachelor of Economics; Master of Development Economics.
Speaking at the meeting, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung affirmed that the dismissal and election of a number of additional positions of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term aims to fully complete the positions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee according to regulations. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee have selected suitable personnel to recommend for election to the positions of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring the conditions, standards and capacity to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung hopes that the leaders elected to hold new positions will continue to promote their capacity, experience, and sense of responsibility to excellently complete their tasks in their new positions, meet the requirements and tasks, and make worthy contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
