Welcoming the visiting delegation, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that the visit took place at a time when the two Parties and two States were preparing for the National Party Congress, contributing to strengthening trust and ties between the two agencies.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet sent his best wishes to Mrs. Inlavan Keobounphanh and the Lao people, believing that the Lao Party, State and people will continue to gain many new achievements on the path of building a peaceful , independent and prosperous country.

Mr. Trinh Van Quyet suggested that in the coming time, the two agencies should increase the exchange of experiences in mass mobilization work, promote the role of the Front and mass organizations in building the great national unity bloc; coordinate and share experiences in grasping the situation, resolving people's petitions, and strengthening people's trust in the Party and State.
Along with that, the two sides continued to promote propaganda about the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos; coordinated to refute false information about the relationship between the two countries; expanded professional exchanges between units in charge of propaganda and mass mobilization; promoted the organization of training courses, seminars, exchanges, and sharing of new models in mass mobilization work; increased contact between leaders of the two agencies and established a mechanism for regular information exchange. The two sides continued to coordinate in theoretical research, summarize practical mass mobilization work and the role of the Front, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
Thanking the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for their thoughtful welcome, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh said she was delighted to witness the activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of Vietnam; the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day - important and proud historical milestones, associated with great achievements and victories under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam .
Informing about the situation and work that the Party, State and people of the two countries have carried out in recent times, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh emphasized that the results achieved deeply demonstrate the special solidarity between Laos and Vietnam, the constant cooperation and mutual assistance during the period of fighting for independence as well as during the period of national construction and development. In any circumstances, the two Parties, two States and people of Laos and Vietnam always stand side by side, inseparable from each other.
Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh suggested that in the coming time, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission should continue to create conditions and develop a plan to train and foster a team of cadres working in the press and media for Laos, in order to improve the capacity of this force.
Emphasizing that 2025 is the final year of implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the two sides for the 2021-2025 period, Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh suggested that the two sides continue to develop and sign a memorandum of understanding for implementation in the coming period.

Immediately after the reception, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission worked with the delegation of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction. The two sides exchanged experiences in the work of the Front, mass mobilization, ethnicity and religion; the role of the Front in building the great national unity bloc; assessed the results of cooperation between the two agencies in the past time and the implementation content in the coming time.
