The report of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission stated that in 2023, the mass mobilization system at all levels in the province closely followed the policies, resolutions, conclusions of the leadership and direction of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to specify the implementation and completion of the groups of tasks according to Notice No. 425 - TB/TU dated February 20, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; 6 groups of contents signed a commitment with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the responsibility of the collective leadership and heads in implementing the key tasks in 2023; 76 groups of tasks according to the work program set out by the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; the contents and programs arising and unexpected assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

Actively coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee to promote propaganda and mobilize people to actively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in carrying out local political tasks; strengthen ethnic and religious work; coordinate the implementation of the Law on Democracy Implementation at Grassroots Level; promote the good implementation of coordination programs; mass mobilization work in site clearance; grasp the situation and thoughts of the people to advise and propose to the Party Committee and the government to promptly resolve issues related to the people's lives; promote democracy, strengthen the solidarity of the whole people...

Promote mass mobilization work in state agencies and governments at all levels.

Focus on directing innovation in content and methods of operation, promoting the role and improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision, social criticism, and giving opinions on Party and government building of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations according to the Party's policies.

Directing the effective implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws on mass mobilization work and socio-economic development policies, ensuring national defense and security in ethnic minority and religious areas. Improving the quality of programs to coordinate mass mobilization work, especially mass mobilization work in state agencies and authorities at all levels.

Propaganda and mobilization of the people in implementing the plan to rearrange administrative units at district and commune levels of the province, period 2023 - 2025. Continue to promote the implementation of resolutions, decisions, directives, conclusions, regulations and projects of the Provincial Party Committee related to mass mobilization work.

Concluding the working session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission in implementing the key tasks in 2023.
