On the morning of July 1, the working delegation of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee led by Mr. Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected and surveyed the operation of the new commune-level government apparatus in Ta Hine commune.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, and the delegation visited to inspect and survey the operational situation of the newly established commune-level government apparatus in Ta Hine commune.

Here, Comrade Dang Hong Sy inspected the facilities, personnel arrangements, organization, and public service at the Ta Hine Commune Public Administrative Service Center.

According to reports from the commune's leaders, in preparation for the official launch on July 1st, the Commune People's Committee conducted trial runs of the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center for several days prior to the launch. Each day, approximately 5 to 7 staff members and volunteers guided residents through the necessary procedures.

This morning, the Ta Hine Commune Public Administrative Service Center began providing guidance and handling administrative procedures for citizens and organizations in three areas: land procedures, civil registration, and socio-cultural affairs.

Approximately 40 people arrived at the Center quite early to complete administrative procedures. At the entrance of the center, unit officials and VNPT Lam Dong staff were on duty to assist and guide people in performing administrative procedures through the online public service portal system, while also continuing to transfer technical knowledge to commune officials.

People come to the Ta Hine Commune Public Administrative Service Center to carry out procedures to change information on their land use right certificates.

According to the leaders of the Ta Hine Commune Public Administrative Service Center, the infrastructure and network systems serving the implementation of public administrative procedures have been basically deployed and will continue to be improved in the coming days. However, some interconnected administrative procedures still face difficulties and are not yet fully implemented.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the preparatory work of Ta Hine commune. The leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee also took the time to visit and greet the people when they came to complete administrative procedures, and observed the working methods and guided the people in carrying out administrative procedures in Ta Hine commune.

Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Dang Hong Sy, highly appreciated the preparatory work of Ta Hine commune in ensuring that the government apparatus operates smoothly from July 1st.

The leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee noted that the workload will be very large in the coming period, and the demand for administrative procedures from the people is expected to increase significantly. Therefore, the leaders of Ta Hine commune, along with its officials and civil servants, need to continue to uphold the spirit of serving the people, showing care and closeness to them, and making the people the main subjects in order to effectively carry out the tasks of the locality after the merger.

Ta Hine commune was formed from the communes of Ninh Loan, Da Loan, and Ta Hine. Its natural area is 128.69 km2, with a population of 23,027 people, of which 6,395 are ethnic minorities (27.77%).
