On January 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 119 on mobilizing and appointing Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Finance .
This Decision takes effect from January 29, 2024.

Mr. Bui Van Khang was born in 1971, hometown An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province, has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in law, and senior political theory.
Before the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province were approved in Decision No. 137, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department.
Currently, the Ministry of Finance has 6 leaders including: Minister Ho Duc Phoc; Deputy Ministers: Nguyen Duc Chi, Vo Thanh Hung, Cao Anh Tuan, Le Tan Can and Bui Van Khang .
