Quang Nam has 4,622 real estate facilities of units and enterprises subject to rearrangement.

Regarding the province's public service units, according to statistical results, Quang Nam has 857 units that have implemented the autonomous mechanism (including 2 units that self-guarantee regular and investment expenditures, 29 units that self-guarantee regular expenditures, 100 units that partly self-guarantee regular operating expenses and 726 budget units that fully guarantee operating expenses). The number of public service units in the province continues to be arranged and reorganized to ensure streamlining, reasonable structure and efficiency.

Regarding the work of rearranging and handling real estate, the total number of real estate facilities managed and used by agencies, units and enterprises in the province is 4,622 facilities of 46 departments, branches, sectors, associations, enterprises of the province and 18 districts, towns and cities. The whole province has 3,657 real estate facilities that have been declared and reported; 3,568 real estate facilities have had their rearrangement and handling plans approved.
