The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Justice to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to develop a detailed plan and roadmap for digitizing civil registration records, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness. Simultaneously, they should organize training and provide professional guidance to civil registration officers.

The digitization of civil registry records stored at the Department of Justice must be completed before December 31st. The Provincial People's Committee also requested this unit to periodically compile and report weekly on the results of the implementation of the digitization of civil registry records in the province, in accordance with the tasks of the Provincial Project 06 and when requested; and to promptly advise and propose solutions to the Provincial People's Committee to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.

The People's Committee at the district level should focus resources and implement decisive measures to accelerate the digitization of civil registration books in the locality; proactively balance and allocate budget to implement the digitization of civil registration books in accordance with regulations.

Local authorities are responsible for the implementation progress, ensuring completion on time according to the guidelines of the Department of Justice and the directives of the Provincial People's Committee. The deadline set for district-level Justice Departments to complete the digitization of civil registration books registered at the district level is also December 31st.

Local authorities are directing commune-level People's Committees to prioritize mobilizing and allocating appropriate resources (personnel, equipment, funding, etc.) to support local Justice and Civil Registry officials in focusing on the peak month of digitizing Civil Registry books according to guidelines, regularly monitoring, closely following, and urging the completion of the Civil Registry book digitization task in the locality, by December 2024.
