Hai Duong Farmers' Association Support Fund creates preferential capital to support farmers in production

The Hai Duong Provincial Farmers' Association Support Fund is a non-budgetary state financial fund under the Provincial Farmers' Association. The Fund carries out lending, entrustment and entrustment activities in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 37/2023/ND-CP dated June 24, 2023 of the Government and other relevant legal provisions.

The charter capital of the Hai Duong Farmers' Association Support Fund at the time of restructuring the organization and operation is nearly 41 billion VND. The plan to supplement the charter capital for the fund in the period of 2024-2025 is 20 billion VND (10 billion VND per year), the period of 2026-2030 is balanced by the provincial budget.
