Planning to renovate and rebuild Khuong Thuong Residential Area and vicinity

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 820/QD-UBND on approving the Detailed Planning Task for renovating and rebuilding Khuong Thuong Collective Housing Area and surrounding areas, scale 1/500.

Accordingly, the location of the land studied for the detailed planning of renovation and reconstruction of Khuong Thuong Collective Area and vicinity, scale 1/500, is located within the administrative boundaries of Trung Tu and Khuong Thuong wards, Dong Da district, Hanoi.

The North of the land borders Vincom Commercial Center; the South: a part borders Hanoi Medical University, a part borders Khuong Thuong Ward residential area; the East: a part borders Lu River and a part borders Hanoi Medical University; the West: a part borders Khuong Thuong Ward residential area, a part borders Khuong Thuong Primary School, Khuong Thuong Secondary School, CONINCO Company Headquarters Office Building at No. 4 Ton That Tung Street and Office Building at No. 2 Ton That Tung Street.

The total area of ​​the research area for the detailed planning is about 5.68 hectares. (The scale of the planning area will be determined precisely during the research process for the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500, ensuring no project overlap, and synchronization of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure according to the approved H1-3 urban subdivision planning).

The population size in the Detailed Planning Project for Renovation and Reconstruction of Khuong Thuong Residential Area and its vicinity is basically consistent with the approved Urban Zoning Plan and will be accurately determined during the research process to establish the Detailed Planning Project at a scale of 1/500 based on the results of the survey and assessment of the actual population status, ensuring that the current population does not increase and that the pressure on the technical infrastructure and social infrastructure systems in the area is not increased.
