Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Nam Newspaper, Head of the Executive Board of the Quang Nam Talent Incubation Fund Nguyen Huu Dong said that the award funding was taken from the Quang Nam Talent Incubation Fund of Quang Nam Newspaper sponsored by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) Quang Nam.
Notably, among the 20 individuals awarded this time, there are 2 individuals with outstanding achievements: Le Thao Ngan, a 12th grade student at Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted, and Huynh Do Dat, an athlete at the Quang Nam Province Sports Training and Competition Center.
