At the Water Pavilion stage in Hoa Lu Ancient Town, the Ninh Binh Department of Culture and Sports organized the art program "Ninh Binh Homeland Tet 2024".
The art program "Tet in Ninh Binh Homeland 2024," featuring many central-level artists and artists from the Ninh Binh Cheo Theater, brought a joyful atmosphere celebrating the homeland's renewal and development, and welcoming 2024 with new aspirations.
The art program consists of two parts: Part 1, themed "Echoes of a New Day," features songs introducing the scenery and homeland of Ninh Binh, which is on the path of renewal and development; expressing the unwavering faith of all strata of the people in the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam, such as: "Unwavering in Following the Party," "The Melody of the Nation," "Uncle Ho's Words Shine Forever," "Ninh Binh, Land of Charm and Beauty," etc.

Part 2, themed "Spring Colors," features performances such as: "Love Song," "Season of Swallows Flying," "Spring Melody," "Spring Celebration Song," etc., with content praising the beauty of the homeland and country when spring arrives, and expressing hopes for a prosperous and peaceful new year.
Meanwhile, at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Historical Site Festival Ground, Hoa Lu district also organized an art program to celebrate the Party, the Spring Festival, and welcome the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024.
The art program celebrating the Party, the Spring Festival, and welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024 features clear and majestic melodies. The content praises the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the homeland, the country's renewal, and songs about spring and Tet (Lunar New Year), all blending harmoniously with the spirit of nature and the joyful anticipation of the new year.
The artistic program concluded with the singing of "Happy New Year," a spring greeting, lion dance performances, and a spectacular fireworks display to welcome the new year, creating a joyful atmosphere among all segments of the population.
At the Tam Diep City Sports Center, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Diep City organized an art program "Celebrating the Party and the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon 2024" and a low-altitude fireworks display.

Following the cultural performances was a spectacular fireworks display, captivating the audience. Despite the cold night weather, the event still attracted a large crowd of locals and tourists who came to watch and cheer.
"Celebrating the country's renewal, celebrating the glorious Party, celebrating the Year of the Dragon 2024" is the theme of the art program in Gia Vien district and low-altitude fireworks display.
In the special New Year's Eve art program, on a grandly decorated stage, professional and amateur artists meticulously staged dance, singing, and other performances that were outstanding in both costumes and artistic quality. The performances praised the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh; celebrated the historical traditions of nation-building and national defense; showcased the cultural identity and beauty of the homeland; highlighted exemplary individuals and achievements in socio-economic development in Gia Vien district...

In addition, the audience also enjoyed traditional Cheo opera performances by members of the district's Cheo opera club. The New Year's Eve art performance program is a special cultural activity, contributing to creating confidence, excitement, new motivation, and a new spirit for the Party Committee, government, and people of the district in the new year 2024.
Following the vibrant artistic performance was a low-altitude fireworks display. Everyone was filled with anticipation and emotion as they awaited the moment of midnight to welcome the new year. When the first fireworks lit up the sky of this dynamic and modern countryside, without a word, everyone cheered with joy, welcoming the important moment when the Year of the Dragon had arrived. Everyone silently wished their families and friends a happy and peaceful new year.
